POLGLOS® SUPER MATT panels are manufactured on the basis of a raw MDF core with a thickness of 17 mm. The top of the boards is covered with a layer of acrylic with a thickness of 0.3 – 1.0 mm depending on the colour or a decorative mat in the form of PET foil 0.3mm. The top layer is additionally secured with a protective film that prevents surface from scratching . The reverse is covered with a layer of anti-pressure pvc/hips material 0.2-0.8 mm matching the top decor. The back layer eliminates the possibility of board tensions. During the production process, only waterproof PUR glue is used, thanks to which the boards do not swell and do not absorb moisture from the outside.
The thickness of the board for acrylics is 18.0 +/-0.4 mm and for decorative mats 17.6 mm depending on the decor.

After removing the protective film, the surface of the board is ready for use. Supermatt boards do not require hardening. Daily use: clean the surface with a microfiber cloth and lukewarm water with a mild soap.
