POLGLOS® HIGH GLOSS panels are manufactured on the basis of a raw MDF core with a thickness of 17 mm. The boards are covered with a layer of acrylic with a thickness of 0.5 – 1.0 mm depending on the color. At the customer’s request, for some colors, the gloss can be prepared in the form of 0.3mm PET foil. The top layer is additionally secured with a protective film that prevents surface from scratching. The back is covered with a layer of 0.2-0.8 mm thick pvc/hips anti-pressure material, which eliminates the possibility of tensioning the board. During the production process, only waterproof PUR glue is used, thanks to which the boards do not swell and do not absorb moisture from the outside.
The thickness of board is 18.2 +/- 0.4 mm depending on the decor.

After removing the protective film, the surface hardens within 48 hours. During this time, it’s not allowed to clean and use any care products. Acrylic surface hardeners generally available on the market can be used. Clean the panels with a microfiber cloth and lukewarm water with a mild soap.
