Flame-retardant MDF boards have been designed with the investment industry in mind – ready to withstand high temperatures, they are perfect for the construction of facilities such as hospitals. Laminate boards adapting to the requirements of different rooms combine functionality with aesthetic values, which meets the expectations of even the most demanding customers.
Laminate boards from the Polglos HPL collection are an original combination of fashionable decors and authentic structures with a unique design in color consistency, thus giving almost unlimited arrangement possibilities. Laminate boards are easy to care for and keep clean, and thanks to their antibacterial properties (99.9% of bacteria are removed from the board surface), they are suitable for contact with food. Significant resistance of Polglos HPL panels to mechanical and external factors (scratches or abrasion) is a guarantee of trouble-free operation, allowing you to enjoy their well-groomed appearance for a long time. The laminated boards are easily cut and edged and can be used in both vertical and horizontal orientations.
POLGLOS HPL boards are manufactured on the basis of a raw, flame-retardant MDF board with a thickness of 16 mm or, on request, 18 mm. The top panels are covered with a layer of HPL laminate with a thickness of 0.7 – 1 mm depending on the color. Gloss decors are covered with a protective foil that protects the surface from scratching. The back of the panel has a counter-pressure layer with a thickness of about 0.5-0.8 mm, depending on the design and customer’s choice. The back layer eliminates the possibility of board tensions. During the production process, only waterproof PUR glue is used, thanks to which the boards do not swell and do not absorb moisture from the outside. The thickness of the board varies between 17 – 20 mm depending on the project and the selected mdf thickness.

The boards do not require hardening. They are ready to use. We clean the surface with available cleaning agents for household use / preferably with a delicate soap. We use soft fabric cloths and microfiber. We avoid acidic substances, strong bases, abrasive and caustic products.
